[feature request] Ability to save and restore basket

Some time ago, the basket was saved in a simple text file, which  could be 
saved or restored, but now, it is also saved in the db, and restoring the text 
file has no effect. 

Therefore, it would be nice to be able to either: 
- handle several baskets (which might be difficult to implement and to manage 
in the GUI)
- save and restore the basket to/from a file

I've made a patch to enable exporting and importing the basket. Seems to be 
working well but I might not have tested everything.
