[feature request] tag count overview #99

there should be the possibility to get statistics of your tag distribution.
either as a full-featured plugin
or simply add the count in the tag-tree-view after each tag like "tag (12)"

Probably a plugin is the way to go. If somebody creates one, I don't see the 
reason why it shouldn't be included.
