Phone numbers should accept 8 digits numbers starting with 6

Actual: Only handphone numbers are allowed to be added to an employee and his emergency contact.

Expected: It will enhance the flexibility of the application if users can add in phone numbers start with 6 which generally corresponds to office or home numbers.

Thank you for the bug report.

Indeed, the phone feature can be better improved using these suggestions. However, for our UG in milestone v1.4, we have stated in the UG, that we will only accept phone numbers starting with 8 or 9, and that are 8 digits long, which corresponds to the restriction for a Singaporean personal phone number.

Furthermore, we believe that this feature is reasonably useful, as the manager should expect to be able to contact his employee directly through his personal phone number; there is also a further need to contact his employee's emergency contacts through their personal phone number directly, since that is the purpose of an emergency contact.
