Add widget options when embedding #39

Suggestions for options include

not displaying the map
not having the place widget as a pop-up
automatically appearing on mouseover of Pleiades links
appearing on mouseover rather than onclick of widget
opening the widget in a new window

Adding the mouseover for Pleaides links is a little bit tricky as there is no unique ID to hang the widget on as can have two identical links on the same page - the way to do this I think is to generate an ID for each widget that doesn't clash with any existing IDs on the page.
