The model prescribes the use of foaf:homepage for human-readable Website links. Some partners have proper conneg in place, therefore the identifier URI is usually sufficient; and they don't provide an extra foaf:homepage (e.g. OpenContext). Make sure the UI falls back to the identifier URI if there is no homepage URL.
