Once we move the production instance back from the temporary VM to the server at the new office location, rebuild the index from up-to-date dumps of Pleiades and DARE.

Built a new gazetteer package for Pleiades, and pulled a new dump from DARE. We still need a good Wiki page to document

what gazetteers are available in Recogito-friendly format
how to import them
