- [x] enable upload in grid view
- [x] Grid document items are not clickable yet
- [x] Bug: sometimes the API seems to return correct total counts, but incorrect document lists
- [x] embed "howto" info in dropzone decoration
- [x] implement upload via the conventional "New" menu
