Add Italian schema #40

Added a new schema for the common Italian address format

So, looking at the current output, the effect of this PR is that Italian labels go from

Corso Duca Degli Abruzzi 71, Torino, Italia

to

Corso Duca Degli Abruzzi 71, Torino, TO, Italia

Or, in other words, the short region code is added. Is that right?

Hi @orangejulius, yes, it's correct; is the short code of the province that is an intermediate level between a municipality and a region. That is the most common way of formatting an address in Italy.
