There is currently a report Incident for Github Actions which is preventing them from running: https://www.githubstatus.com/

Have to wait for that to resolve itself before testing this works. https://github.com/pelias/openaddresses/actions/runs/517051968

Yeah, good idea.

It's been funny watching Travis ratchet down the number of builds running on .org, although it's truly painful waiting for the tests to run. image
