Upgrade to wof-admin-lookup 7.7.0 #568

This includes the changes in https://github.com/pelias/wof-admin-lookup/pull/311 that help with using the boundary.country API parameter with dependency placetypes.

Looks like this is failing because better-sqlite recently released a new version, but the prebuilt releases failed.

I think we can just wait this out and hopefully they resolve it soon.

If not, perhaps we can temporarily pin to the previous better-sqlite3 version, 7.5.2
