GEO-45: Make geo_shape type configurable #465

:wave: I did some work for the Pelias project and would love for everyone to have a look at it and provide feedback.

Here's the reason for this change :rocket:

The change was to make the geo_shape type configurable by the global.shapeType parameter set in the schema.js file.
This should be set to shape or polygon.
