MySQL is not that used anymore and its not really a way for going into production mode in 2024 #6

I've replaced MySQL with MariaDB, so users know what they do! Added a small documentation on how you can set up MariaDB so it will throw no error from charset. And replaced how you log in inside MySQL because if you are using MariaDB It's going to be removed in the next version 12.x

main is not the stable branch, dinodoc and launch are.
