This doesn't look like an egg problem. However, based on the error, there's not enough memory for the instance to start.
Weird, I tried with 4go as well as 7go, I have the same problem
Your error is for memory from the Unreal engine itself, and in the original log output, you had 4GB assigned and 8GB available on your whole machine while 6.1GB is already in use. I'd assume your machine itself is out of memory when you try to start the server. Check with free -m
or htop
