[Bug]: Arma3 #2419

No, I did not modify the egg

Expected Behavior

Install the server, run the server, login and load into map selection

Actual Behavior

no map selection, just the stratis loading screen

i tried a few things such as removing the missions, changing them to different missions etc.

unable to do anything, such as log in as admin to select a mission, as the server appears to not have reached a point where you can do that

additionally the base arma package (a3) didn't install, so how do we get the Apex missions? is it meant to install?

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Install
  2. Start server
  3. Log onto server
  4. never loads the map, unable to execute commands etc. just stuck on a screen with some tips down the bottom and "stratis" on the top left

To be clear, i have added the steam login details and those appear to work

I have tried giving the server a name, and password, neither of those made things work

Resolved this by

  1. deleting the server
  2. Creating a new server
  3. Disable battleye and signature verification
  4. Should work

I also increased the steamcmd fails as large downloads (game itself, CDLCs, some mods) can cause instance crashes when they get interrupted

I set it to 15, this seems to work well enough for me
