Description

update all keyrings to use new
added wine devel
added missing user creation
cleanup

@gOOvER making the user will fail as the base image already has this user so there is no need to make the container user.

my fail, becaue i use official base images

Wine Staging is a patched version of Wine, which contains bug fixes and features that have not been integrated into the stable or development branch yet. so more unstable.

Wine devel is more like a RC Version, which contains a lot of bugfixes
