10.3 is what currently works with a usable cli right now so to an issue with user perms. There is a fix waiting in PRs for wings.

As stated this is not directly needed. The current mariadb rgg only finctions with 10.3. If the user fix is applied to the wings then an egg can be made more recent versions of mariadb. And then if they all work then extra mariadb images can be added.

I missed that this was just the yolk and not the egg. I'll approve this as it should work in the future.
