Adding Proton 8 Image #226

Description

Adding a proton container pinned to the last proton 8 release for proton-ge-custom (Release GE-Proton8-32) used in the proton container that is now by default proton 9

New Image Submissions:

[x] Have you added your image to the Github workflows?
[x] Have you updated the README list to contain your new image?

Proton 8 is not longer supported by the dev and all games runs fine with proton 9. So why a proton 8 image?

Which game dont run with proton 9?

We already discussed this on the server and having a proton 8 image was more of a stopgap solution while also maintaining a stable version we know works.

ah ok. Because i have with no server any problems, which runs Proton 9.1. quite the opposite; some servers run much better
