Remove duplicate entries from TXT file header #1

Wasn't widely tested, but we assume it correct. The XML template features no such advance lines.

FYI, my workaround was to copy getpelican/pelican-plugins/sitemap into a new repository sharmaeklavya2/pelican-sitemap, make changes to that, and add that to sharmaeklavya2/blog-source/plugins as a submodule. These are the changes that I made back then: https://github.com/sharmaeklavya2/pelican-sitemap/commit/49a13350780e15ca3bd56be212887a2b73206351, which are currently being used to produce my blog's sitemap.
