Pages in subfolders of "content/pages" are not included in sitemap #7

Greetings, thank you for making this really handy plugin!

Sadly there seems to be a problem with "nested pages": for sake of organization I'm organizing the content folder the following way:

content/
    | - pages/
         | - features.md
         | - editions/
             | - gold.md
             | - silver.md
             | - platinum.md

The "Features" page is rightfully added to the sitemap, but the entire content of the content/pages/editions subfolder is skipped.

My fault, didn't see that said pages were put as "hidden". Closing,
