Nice simple package that gets the job done. I've packaged up for Laravel 5.5 here. Hope you can consider merging.

This is backwards incompatible with older versions of Laravel.

If you do choose to merge this, you should tag a new major release.

Don't merge this yet. I've just noticed some parts that won't work!
