difficulties during pipeline setup

• IlluminationCorrectionZscoring should be named IlluminationCorrectionPelkmans, scoring is confusing. per site is ok; renaming is consistent with subtractBackgroundPelkmans
• saveSegmentedCells should be called saveSegmentedObjects, same for loadSegmentedCells. consistent with 3 modules already renamed to ...Objects instead of ....cell.
• SaveSegmentedObjects and LoadSegmentedObjects should be in Cell profiler category 'Object Processing', not in 'others'
• input of DiscardObjectsBySize was not clear (boarder area..), Thomas changed module accordingly and I am currently testing it.
• unclear what IdentifyPrimLoG does, please remove or specify?

Unclear module IdentifyPrimLoG -> removed it explanation: Prototype of an original CP module, that - according to comments in its code had already been scheduled to be removed by original developers.

CP3D and MPcycle: Moved suffices to front. Being prefixes, the different modules, that belong together, are listed on top of each other in GUI (which uses alphabetic sorting) (makes it much easier to find module in that category)
