Resubmit from sub-tasks #29

There may be good reasons for not doing this, but it would be useful to be able to select the "sub-task" rather than the "task" to resubmit from in the web-based user interface. e.g. resubmit-> "image processing - metaconfig" rather than just "image processing".

This is a good point. Individual steps are wrapped into stages, which group several related steps. In principle it would be possible to resubmit a workflow at a specific step. This is currently just not yet implemented.
