Illumination correction stats previously (on iBRAIN_CURRENT) saved the number of the sampled images. Now this number is no longer saved:
x Not sure if iBRAIN_CURRENT uses different function for making stats
x Tracking the number of sampled images is extremely important for users to check, if illumination correction stats have indeed sampled the right amount (all) images: Once we had to reanalyze a full screen because of that issue. Figuring out the scope of the problem was particularly difficult since the saving of the number of cells in illumination stats had been commented out (in the function making the stats) -> at that point it was un-commented again. Listing the number of images within illumination correction stats can thus easily save weeks to months.
