Changed URL style.
Added GetLongLivedUserAccessToken .py and .txt for ease of use.
Added support for retrieving the app user id (which is now needed).

This pull request is in response to https://github.com/pellaeon/fb-post-bulk-privacy-edit/issues/13. I needed to get this script to work for my own personal use, so I decided that all the effort warranted making a pull request. I just noticed that the datetime import might not be needed, but it was added while I addressing an time error that the API was reporting erroneously.
