Now that Carto Touch is out of beta, its time to start thinking about integrating it into Simple AF, maybe even replacing the existing cartographer support, or else adding two different modes being:
I probably need to reintroduce the cartographer-klipper moonraker update manager, as I can see scanner.py getting a heap
of updates over the next few weeks as it stabilises.
