partly fixed by https://github.com/pellinor0/TweakScale/commit/fe2f3832e52430f5bac4d91515c2c448af7374e2: now additional seats are not shown in the editor.

There are still occasions when the partCrewManifest is reset and removed seats reappear in the editor.
