PS3 will not stream channels

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. playing any streams
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When playing any stream, error message is "no title available"
i can browse the different channel, and i can see for example what is going on 
zdf. but every channel has the same error message.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7, PMS 1.52.2-SHB43, SopCast 3.8.3, PPLive 1.9

Please provide any additional information below.
radio streaming works perfectly

On "Issue 24" was a similar problem. Also i have rename the memcoder.exe.

Now, when i look on "ZDF" i can see 3 Options...."Downloads", "Save&Play" & 
"Play".
When i select any option, the error message is "But I get this error now: This 
content cannot be played (800288E1)"
The current debug.log was upload to my GDRIVE...
