Create English version #1

Create english version of the website.

Definition of done:

  1. Translate all pages to English
  2. Read-proof the translation using Grammarly
  3. Create language switch button for English and Bahasa.
  4. Detect language automatically based on browser setting

Note: Deutsch language is required too. Ensure the website can handle internationalisation.
