Install patch on note 2 #10

hello,

is it possible to patch the kernel of note 2 (gt-N7100)?

Hi. Yes it's possible, but I'm only building kernels for Nexus 7.

Hi,

psndna88 on xda he build a kernel with your mod :) your patch is added in version 2.9.0.

the kernel for GT-N7100 CynaogenMod 11 : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2231374

Its work, just a problem with keymap keyboard on "hacker's keyboard" azerty => recognized in => qwerty and qwerty => recognized in => azerty

you have an idea to fix this problem ? thank you in advance

The app always assumes QWERTY keyboard layout, selecting AZERTY in Hacker's Keyboard will not fix that. You will need to set keyboard layout to QWERTY in your PC settings (Control Panel in Windows), then select AZERTY in Hacker's Keyboard. I will add configuration dialog in the next version, to map keys for non-English keyboards, and to remap default QWERTY layout to something else.

patched kernel image has been created, therefore closing this issue.
