i based it on msm-3.18 LA.HB.1.3.1 but it should apply over AOSP 3.18 with ease.
had to make a few adjustments to the usb function enable parser because of chardev duplicates on double enables
it should now attempt to enable on every available conf iter but only if it's not already enabled since the last unbinding
