Provide better UX when subscribing first time #47

The subscription management is intimidating to new users. Implement the following features to give better transparency to users what is going to happen:

on first call on a device, check for existing subscriptions, and if there are none, show a full screen tips overlay introducing the subscription features
provide subscription management functions, preferably issuing a link to the Google Play store
show subscription status, current validity period, and if it is going to extend or expire

Mostly implemented. Information if a subscription is going to extend or expire is not currently available at the client - it only checks if there is a subscription and how long it is guaranteed to last.
