Problem with ddos #2

When i try to use ddos the program have this error: raceback (most recent call last):
File "ddos_.py", line 2, in
File "", line 64, in

socket.error: [Errno 1] Operation not permitted

What should i do? I tryed to fix it but the file have "Special characters" and i can't see anything

You should try running the tool again,and this time do it as the tutorial says
