Using Torque I have no way to program a check for the updated OBC. see http://www.mykiasoulev.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=3866#p3866 Hopefully SoulEVSpy will automate this check.
So far I am guessing that the new version of the OBC is available in cars built from Oct 2015, or older cars that have had an OBC replacement to fix the Charging Fault Error. Can you confirm this from your own car or the Quebec data.
