Add absolute confidence metric #121

Hi @zhengxiaoxian, thanks for your feature request. An absolute confidence metric is actually pretty hard to implement. I will think about how to add one but this won't be added in the near future.

Closed in favor of #214. The Rust implementation will contain this feature in the next version 1.7.0.
