Bond width cannot be changed #94

In "Draw...Molecule...Bond Parameters", the dropdown for bond width appears, but clicking different values does nothing - it doesn't change the assigned value of 5 pixels, nor the appearance of the molecule.

Other things in this dialog do work - e.g. changing the "Draw hydrogens" status gives the expected result.
