add nix flake #139

im excited to explore and contribute to this project

It would be great if we could have a nix flake Im definitely not a nix expert so open to feedback for sure, but after running nix develop on my system which does not have the rust toolchain installed at all make and cargo test ran fine

its mainly based of the nixos wiki

no worries if this is not something you want to add just thought i'd ask since I will be using it
