@stupidkids222 Hi. HUION tablets have specific requirements that have to be fulfilled in order to counter this, however this "issue" has been reported in great detail before: https://github.com/pencil2d/pencil/issues/1133
Along with that there is a potential solution on the user end that you can try as long as you tablet supports the feature. For more info please read the following reply on the Pencil2D dedicated forum: https://discuss.pencil2d.org/t/difficulty-with-huion-tablet/1369/8
I checked those forms and I didn't find anything helpful. I tried the Linear Optimizer setting thing and I didn't have that setting. (this is where I downloaded the driver: https://www.huion.com/index.php?m=content&c=index&a=lists&catid=16&myform=2&down_title1=H610(2048)&down_os=Windows&down_type=Driver)
@stupidkids222 That's unfortunate. The driver you linked is from 2017, it hasn't been updated in 3 years and it won't work with the way Windows works after the Fall 2018 creators update which changed the way all tablets interact with the OS significantly affecting third party software like Adobe Photoshop and Pencil2D among others.
You could try to follow the following guide to change the compatibility of the Pencil2D.exe application file to force the windows legacy driver handlers to kick in. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/make-older-apps-or-programs-compatible-with-windows-10-783d6dd7-b439-bdb0-0490-54eea0f45938
However if you're not using Windows (i.e macOSX) or the previous suggestion does not work, I'm afraid we're out of luck as far as tech support that I can provide directly, however we'll leave this issue ticket open so we can investigate how and if this can be fixed on our end.
Additionally I'll also direct you to Pencil2D's blog to access a curated animation software list. That way you can look for an alternative to keep you going while this issue is reviewed https://pencil2d-software.tumblr.com/post/184584013311/alternative-desktop-animation-software-pencil2d
When I draw circles/curves quickly it adds a weird 'groove' in them. I circled them in the image so you know what im talking about. When I do it slowly I do not have the issue- which is very weird to me. I have tried doing the same thing on the Paint application and I have no problems. Im using the huion h160 tablet as pictured. Thanks
