sound never plays in sync #1797

Issue Summary

ok so basically the sound never plays in sync when you hit the play button and i cant really lip sync at all in general there needs to be a thing where you can hear the sound whenever you move the frames please fix or add this as a suggestion

Pencil2D already has a thing where you can hear the sound whenever you move the frames. To enable it, please look for the button with the red “S” on top of a loudspeaker symbol image and click it so it turns green. The sound sync problems are known and documented in issues such as #1179 and #1567.

In addition to the issues mentioned, there have also been some sound sync issues fixed in the nightly builds (https://www.pencil2d.org/download/nightly/). It is recommended that you delete all your sound clips and reimport them with one of the nightly builds to make sure the latest fixes are applied to your sound clips.
