A feature to lock layers

hello. I was using pencil 2d and would like to suggest layer lock feature with layer opacity control so as to dim the rough layers. thank you

The feature to lock layers was already implemented (Pencil2D v. 02Apr2018)

[2018] To clarify this issue, seems like the OP is asking for:

[ ] Implement the ability to toggle lock the index position of a layer to prevent it from being moved up/ down on the timeline docker
[ ] Implement Individual layer opacity sliders

As far as I know, layer locking has NOT been implemented in the following version: Version: 0.6.1.1 commit: 5279f7d3d938747583f0f51fe92b89032b7e8b88 date: 2018-07-26_20:47:02 Development build

Kaikogf probably confused it with the "lock windows" feature (which locks the interface panels in place)
