Relaxing gemspec to work with Rails >=3.2

(Tiny) Pull request to make this gem compatible with Rails 3.0+. Let us know if theres anything else you need changed. Great work!

Bump. Is there anything else you need added before merging this in? Just wanted to follow-up.

Well, if you have tested in rails 3.2 above then it should be ok to merge.

Yep, tested on Rails 3.2.19
