Support for visionOS #125

I'd like to adopt Pendo in a visionOS app (not an iPad app running on visionOS).

To enable this, I expect at least that the published xcframework should have variants for vision devices and simulators and a line in Package.swift to enable the visionOS platform.

I can't tell if there are going to be bugs in the framework until at least that is done, and likely there would need to be some change to enable the Pairing Mode.

Currently we support iOS and iPadOS. We don't have a date for pure Vision Pro apps support as they are built in a totally different way and might use a total different features therefore compatibility issues probably will arise.
