Hashing algorithm #2

SHA256 or BLAKE2?

Default of the substrate template node is BLAKE2, but that does not mean we need to use that.

I guess we should stick to the common SHA256 as in Stellar, unless someone disagrees.

Yes, agreed. As close to Stellar as possible might be better.
