Migrate to Arrowsquid #23

Context

Subsquid is sunsetting the current endpoints and migrating to Arrowsquid, we need to do the migration to keep supporting dApps like zenlink

Requirement

Here is the migration guide
This needs to replicated to all networks - Pendulum, Amplitude and Foucoco
Priority is Amplitude as users are not able to see their Zenlink LPs and rewards

Additional info

asked to already start the migration using the rpc data source
