Point send and receive buttons on Balance View to Bridge #31

I renamed the buttons below each Balance to Deposit and Withdraw. Removing the buttons was a bit ugly, and left the UI empty. Wince we didn't have the time to think of a more complex UI, then I will just point them to the Bridge page.
