[x] Add a button below the Pendulum logo in the top bar that opens a side drawer for node selection
[x] Add currentNode to global state that stores a name, wss endpoint and amm address
[x] Add toast to global state and change existing toast usages. The toast message is stored in global state so that only one Snackbar component can be used throughout the app
[x] Change PendulumAPI to make it possible to initialize with different endpoints

The rococo endpoint and AMM address can be supplied as environment variable.

Closes #51.
