Faucet bot on Discord #7

Description

There should be a faucet bot on discord. Where the requester for PEN tokens must be able to message the bot with his/her pendulum address and in returns 10000 PENS are deposited in his/her Pendulum account.

At this moment not a high priority there is already a faucet in the UI. Can be considered in future.
