The currency conversion of our current Foucoco XCM config doesn't take into account our open channel with Moonbase Alpha since it was created long before we had any open HRMP channels.
Requirement
Changes committed by @ebma in this PR (which is now closed) must be added to Foucoco's XCM config in order to handle XCM transfers of DEV token to and from Moonbase Alpha.
