As a portal user, i should be able to check my rewards on the collator dashboard.

Acceptance criteria

Replace the incrementReward extrinisic with a runtime call from KILT.

This cannot be worked on yet, since the other ticket has to be implemented first. @prayagd please indicate that the other ticket is blocking this one on Zenhub and maybe also add a label.

I would suggest get it done, low effort and good UX improvement

It seems to me like this feature is blocked by a feature that needs to be added to the parachain-staking pallet, however the according ticket is in the icebox.
