Reorder the side menu on the portal #482

Context

With the Forex AMM being launched soon and being added to the menu bar, it should be shown at a more prominent position.

Requirement

Reorder the items in the menu bar for all chains - Pendulum, Amplitude and Foucoco:

  1. Dashboard
  2. Spacewalk
  3. Forex AMM
  4. Staking
  5. Governance

Note: For Amplitude - since Forex AMM isn't there, order remains as above, but without Forex AMM.
