Context

We are planning to add Circle EURC to Spacewalk assets. We need to enable asset on the portal once the root transaction is completed.

Requirements

[ ] Add Circle EURC icon to the Circle EURC asset on Spacewalk dropdown
[ ] Add Circle EURC icon to the portal dashboard

@Sharqiewicz due to our recent changes to token handling in the dashboard I think all we need to do is add configure the icon for the new EURC coin and no further action is needed.
